Ormolu mounted urns. This exceptional pair of lidded Pot Pourri urns are raised by square bases with curved sides adorned with reeded panels. The top edges of the bases display fine Rais de Coeur trims, while at the center are fanciful berried finials. The urns are supported by four elegantly scrolled legs with a bottom hoof and elongated reeded designs. At the top of each leg is a mask of Zephyrus with open wings above. The bottom of the Famille Vert Porcelain urn is decorated by a bottom Ormolu plate supporting a palmette designed mount and the same berried finial. The urn and lid are separated by an elegant and richly chased pierced Ormolu band of scrolled foliate branches, while the lid is finished with a top acorn finial. — Read Less
