The eight drawer cabinet is raised on its original base with most decorative spiraled legs with fine bun feet and connected by a striking burl walnut scalloped shape stretcher with a richly carved central foliate finial framed within a beaded ormolu band. The scalloped shaped frieze is centered by a richly chased ormolu mask of a beautiful maiden with a tied ribbon in her hair. Above are two larger drawers below eight smaller drawers each decorated with finely turned circular pulls with beautiful square inlaid bone reserves at each corner connected by a fine fillet and set on striking burl walnut backgrounds. At the center is a unique and most decorative open shelf with its original mirrored backplate and stunning checkerboard design flanked by elegant fluted columns. Each side displays an exceptional arched inlaid satinwood design with a most decorative border. The top showcases the burl walnut grain framed within a mottled border. — Read Less
